Continuous Quality Improvement
This guide is an introductory list to help locate research materials at the Rowland Medical Library. The term Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) is used in the health care field to describe a comprehensive management philosophy, emphasizing the continuous improvement of work processes for improved outcomes and customer service. This management approach is also referred to as Total Quality Management (TQM) or Business Process Reengineering (BPR).
