MEDICAL PRACTICE MANAGEMENT


This guide is an introductory list to help locate research materials at the Rowland Medical Library.  To establish and to run a medical practice requires specialized business and management skills. Medical practice management may include planning a solo or group practice, buying or expanding an existing practice, market analysis, negotiating contracts, creating a business plan, seeking capital, accounting, personnel management, office automation, medical records management, and quality, risk and malpractice management.
